Abstract

: This experiential account aims to highlight the importance of educators embracing technology and games to make classes more engaging. To achieve this, the use of active learning methodologies is emphasized, aiming to develop the learning process. The project described here was carried out at a Primary School, with the student's protagonism in knowledge construction as its foundation, using gamification as a tool to reshape, intervene, and enhance learning outcomes. Objectives include retrieving learnings suppressed during the pandemic, enhancing linguistic, and analyzing intertextuality among texts from diverse knowledge areas, Besides encouraging student participation in the external assessment. The importance of shared teaching, interdisciplinary approaches, and active methodologies is underscored, which value student protagonism, foster creative development, encourage appreciation for reading and text interpretation, and promote meaningful learning of content.
