Life project: another invention to be implemented or an innovation proposal?

Abstract

One of the general competences of Basic Education is “Work and Life Project”. Through the commitment to integral education, the school must offer support for the construction of the students' life project. Therefore, this article is the result of a bibliographic investigation on the theme "Life Project: another invention to be implemented or a proposal for innovation?" and aims to discuss whether the proposal is considered innovative for high school students. This is a bibliographic research, with a descriptive and exploratory character and a qualitative approach. In this way, the main authors who work with school innovation will be presented: Barcelos, Battestin, Carbonell, Hargreaves, Hernández, Imbernón, Masetto and Zabalza. The idea is to discuss some issues related to the topic. Would the Life Project be more of an invention than an innovation? What are the benefits of this job for high school students?
