This article is the result of research carried out within the scope of the Project “The social grammars of children and their childhoods in territories of waters in the regions of the Pará Amazon”, called Universal – CNPq/MCTI/FNDCT n º 18/2021 and aims to investigate the childhood textures in the Collective Urban Resettlement Laranjeiras (RUC Laranjeiras) and in the Sol Nascente Community, in Transassurini, Altamira – PARÁ, about the child-nature relationship. It is qualitative research, with elements of intervention, developed from the Play Workshop, problematizing the question: How does the child-nature relationship occur in the context of their experiences in/of the waters? The results indicate that the children's games in/of the waters are know-how permeated by relationships established in the daily lives of communities that formulate a diversity of actions and sayings whose possibilities portray their experiences in the place, resulting from curiosity, cultures and living conditions crossed and woven together with nature.
