Pedagogical coordinators play a crucial role in promoting teaching quality and developing educational practices in basic education schools. Their duties range from pedagogical guidance to ongoing teacher training and liaison between the different school sectors. Continuing training for these professionals is essential in order to improve their skills and strengthen their work in educational institutions. The main aim of this report is to train pedagogical coordinators through ongoing training that integrates teaching, assessment and school management strategies. The aim is to promote a culture of planning, encouraging collaboration between professionals and the prospecting of strategies that strengthen professional performance. It also highlights the importance of ongoing training, showing how this practice can improve coordinators' skills and practices. Using Descriptive Memos as methodological tools, coordinators reflect on their experiences, identify areas for improvement and point out achievements. They allow for a continuous and collaborative evaluation of the impact of the coordinators' practices on the school environment. The main issue addressed is the challenge of integrating theory and practice in the professional development of pedagogical coordinators. The report emphasizes the importance of self-reflection and the development of critical skills to face the complexities of the educational context. Finally, continuing education and the memorials are essential for the development of coordinators, promoting a cycle of continuous learning that benefits the entire school community.
