SuperAção questionnaire: knowing in order to intervene

The SuperAção Questionnaires were prepared by a Working Group at Unieb Santa Maria with the objective of offering support and qualifying the service for the 18 Elementary Schools with students in a situation of grade/year incompatibility participating in the SuperAção Program in the year 2023. The work arose from the need to know and give voice and protagonism to the students, as well as to collect data to support the planning, organization and execution of more efficient intervention for the program's target audience. To this end, the methodology adopted was quantitative and qualitative research through the elaboration of a questionnaire in Google Forms format with 19 questions for teachers and 32questions for students, with subsequent tabulation ofd ata and delivery of personalized notebooks to schools with results and suggested actions.
