Formas de proteção do patrimônio cultural do Distrito Federal

Resumo

Este artigo busca, como um esforço de educação patrimonial no contexto do aniversário dos 60 anos de Brasília, sistematizar as formas de proteção do Patrimônio Cultural, que para além dos monumentos arquitetônicos englobam os modos de ser e fazer, lugares, manifestações, celebrações que constituem identitariamente o povo do Distrito Federal. Neste artigo consideramos as pré-existências do território que pertencia ao Estado de Goiás e desde transferência da capital compreende o Distrito Federal entendendo que muito existia e muito se construiu para além da construção de Brasília. Importante compreender formas de proteger nossas referências culturais, ou seja, quais mecanismos para proteger os bens materiais e imateriais que são caros para nós e nos identifica como grupo?

Forms of protection of the Federal District's cultural heritage

Abstract: This article seeks, as an effort of heritage education in the context of the 60th anniversary of Brasília, to systematize the forms of protection of the Cultural Heritage, which, in addition to architectural monuments, encompass the ways of being and doing, places, manifestations, celebrations that constitute identity the people of the Federal District. In this article we consider the pre-existence of the territory that belonged to the State of Goiás and since the transfer of the capital, the Federal District understands that much existed and much was built beyond the construction of Brasília. It is important to understand ways to protect our cultural references, that is, what mechanisms to protect the material and immaterial goods that are dear to us and identify us as a group?
