Projeto político-pedagógico: boas práticas, bons resultados

Resumo

A reflexão sobre o projeto político-pedagógico (PPP) da escola é tema relevante, uma vez que se trata de um importante documento, construído pela escola para a escola. Desde a promulgação da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB), em 1996, a elaboração e a execução da proposta pedagógica foram atribuídas à escola, estabelecidas como incumbência, segundo a redação do caput do artigo 12.  Tratam-se, pois, de ações que envolvem muita responsabilidade, uma vez que definirão os caminhos a serem seguidos para que a escola atinja o seu fim:  educar. Assim, considerando alguns aspectos legais, neste relato pretende-se demonstrar que a conjunção de fatores como a gestão democrática, o conhecimento da realidade sócio-cultural dos alunos e a ciência dos textos normativos e dos documentos relacionados à Educação Básica, contribuem para a elaboração de atividades e de projetos mais significativos. Para este estudo, são analisados os dados do Centro de Ensino Fundamental CASEB no IDEB e são apresentados relatos e descrições de projetos aí desenvolvidos, que estão dando bons resultados para os alunos e para escola. Pois, se resultados ruins no IDEB apontam para possíveis problemas no PPP; bons resultados são indicadores de que ações previstas na proposta pedagógica e executadas estão convergindo para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos.

Political-pedagogical project: good practices, good results

Abstract: The reflection on the political-pedagogical project (PPP) of the school is a relevant topic, since it is an important document, built by the school for the school. Since the promulgation of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB) in 1996, the elaboration and execution of the pedagogical proposal has been attributed to the school, established as an incumbency, according to the wording of the caput of article 12. , of actions that involve a lot of responsibility, since they will define the paths to be followed for the school to reach its end: to educate. Thus, considering some legal aspects, this report intends to demonstrate that the conjunction of factors such as democratic management, knowledge of the socio-cultural reality of students and the science of normative texts and documents related to Basic Education, contribute to the development significant activities and projects. For this study, data from the CASEB Elementary Education Center at IDEB are analyzed and reports and descriptions of projects developed there are presented, which are giving good results for students and for the school. If bad results in IDEB point to possible problems in PPP; good results are indicators that the actions foreseen in the pedagogical proposal and carried out are converging to reach the established objectives.
