A Construção do CEF CASEB se confunde com a História de Brasília, a vanguarda, o desafio e a coragem de mudar o eixo do crescimento do país para o Planalto Central trouxe consigo, por consequência, o compromisso público do Presidente JK de assegurar que ninguém ficaria sem escola na nova capital. O atraso no cronograma de obras da Monumental escola prevista para ser a primeira (Elefante Branco), leva o órgão (CASEB), criado especificamente para gerir a educação na cidade que era erguida, a tomar a decisão de construir uma escola mais simples e em tempo recorde. De improviso a referência, a trajetória do CEF CASEB encanta.
