Tematizando a violência na escola por meio das lutas nas aulas de educação física

Resumo

O presente trabalho objetivou tematizar a violência na escola por meio das lutas e jogos de oposição, com alunos do sexto ano de uma instituição de ensino de tempo integral em Tocantinópolis/TO. Realizamos uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de caráter interventivo, amparados na perspectiva crítico-emancipatória da educação física. A análise qualitativa dos conteúdos decorreu do cruzamento entre o olhar do pesquisador e a contribuição dos alunos e gestores da instituição à luz da literatura. Com o desenvolvimento das aulas, os alunos passaram a diferenciar as terminologias das palavras luta e violência com significados diferentes, desde o primeiro contato com o conteúdo até o momento de culminância do festival, no qual consideramos ter emergido de forma concreta o entendimento dos alunos acerca do conteúdo. Concluímos que os alunos compreenderam as lutas também em relação às suas diversidades históricas, normas e valores potencializadores do desenvolvimento dos indivíduos por ela subsidiados.

Title: Thematizing violence in schools through combat sports in physical education classes

Abstract: The present work aimed to thematize the violence in the school through combat sports and games of opposition, with students of the sixth year of a full-time teaching institution in Tocantinópolis/TO. We carried out a qualitative approach research, with an interventional character, supported by the critical-emancipatory perspective of physical education. The qualitative analysis of the contents resulted from the intersection between the researcher’s view and the contribution of the students and managers of the institution in the light of the literature. With the development of the classes, the students started to differentiate the terminologies of the words fight and violence with different meanings, from the first contact with the content until the culmination moment of the festival, in which we consider that the students’ understanding of of the content. We conclude that the students also understood the struggles in relation to their historical diversities, norms and values that can help the development of individuals influenced by them.
